The Southwestern Indiana Builders’ Association (SIBA) will be hosting their annual Fall Tour of Homes on October 27th and 28th from noon to 4pm.
This Fall Tour boasts 27 home tours ranging in price from $185,000 to $592,000, and it’s completely free! You can even take the opportunity to talk with the builders on-site at the many different homes to learn more about trends in the industry and any questions that you may have.
It’s a great way to explore different floor plans and design styles, while also being able to pay attention to the smaller details such as cabinet design, flooring, and fixtures.
If a “Pinterest” picture is worth a 1000 words, then imagine what seeing the trends in person in a full house tour could be worth!
So enjoy the fall colors as you drive down south for a quick brunch at Nellie’s Restaurant in Newburgh, IN, and then make a day of touring all of the homes that you can between noon and 4pm. When you’ve seen all that you can see, finish the day off with a relaxing dinner on the patio at the local Knob Hill Tavern before heading back home.
