By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * All Items Sold AS-IS no warranty guaranteed! Not responsible for accidents. Lunch available. Indiana Sales Tax will apply. Restrooms on-site. Buyer's Premium PER ITEM: 12% up to $5,000, 9% $5,001 up to $15,000, 7% $15,001 up to $40,000 and 5% $40,001 and up. $35 Title processing fee PER TITLED ITEM. PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY Tuesday August 18th @ 4:00 P.M. EST! Most Titles will be sent out within 14 days after auction, some titles could take up to 30-45 Days. No duplicate titles will be issued. If you are a dealer claiming tax exemption, please send a copy of your dealers license and an ST108A to [email protected]
