Terms: A $5,000 earnest money deposit (EMD) via wire transfer to Bee Gee Realty & Auction Co. LLC or cashiers
check or personal check for EMD due within 24 hours of conclusion of the
auction. Closing: Closing within 30 days of auction.

 Requirements of successful bidder: $1,000 documentation fee to be paid by buyer to Bee Gee
Realty & Auction Co. LLC. The successful high bidder will be required to sign a
