Possession of land on Tracts 1 & 2 will be given to buyer day of auction.  Possession on Tracts 3,4 & 5 will be upon harvest of 2020 Crops.  Closing to take place within 45 days of auction.  A staked survey will be provided with cost split 50/50 between buyer and seller.
